- Once you’ve given your approval for the design content, we won’t proceed with further alterations unless an additional payment is made, as this will require extra resources and time.
- Any delays in your response or provision of necessary information may lead to delays or interruptions in our workflow.

Exclusions
- You will need to provide all relevant information for Digital Marketing.
- You will need to provide all the credentials for all gateways.
- You will need to provide all relevant information & photographs.
- You will need to provide all the credentials for accounts required to start and manage digital marketing campaigns.
- Our service charges are exclusive of any charges / expense which may need to be incurred on behalf of the client for the purposes of Facebook Boosting, Instagram Promotion, PPC, Google Ads etc.
